She is survived by: her husband Edgar Bevins; her daughters, Amy Bevins of Philadelphia, PA, Addison Bohler of Bloomington and Casey Bohler of Bloomington; her mother Debra Koehler of Bloomington; her brother Jason Koehler (Autumn) of Stoughton, WI; her nieces, Sierra and Kiana Koehler; and her great-niece Olivia.
