He was predeceased by: his father Ronald G. Upts. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Schott; his son Cody Upts (Tiffany Kuebler) of Bloomington; his stepdaughters, Tara Massie (Jarrod) of Dickson, TN and Misty Hartley (John) of Pontiac; and his siblings-in-law, Clifford Schott of Pontiac, Robert Schott of Cornell, IL, Robin Westerhold (Dennis) of Streator, IL. and Marsha Cummins of Streator, IL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
