She is survived by: her children, Mary Sokol-Brandes of Genoa, Alan Sokol of Oglesby and Jeffrey Sokol of Streator; her grandchildren, Jett Brandes, Jessica Brandes, Jenna Brandes, Jeffrey Sokol (Jyssica) and Jimmy Sokol; her great grandchild Abygail Sokol; and her siblings, Susan Zinda of Texas, Albert "Skip" Stortz of Minonk, David Stortz (Karen) of Wyoming and Thomas Stortz of Mount Carmel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
