She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Cusac and Mary Cusac (Stimac); and her siblings, Sherman, Raymond, Edward, Robert, Richard Cusac, Katherine Bobinski and Florence Volz.
She is survived by: her brother Ronald "Chuck" Cusac of Rutland; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Weppler Cusac, Marge Hesselberth Cusac and Linda Simpson Cusac. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
