She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Johachim Schetgen and Elizabeth Schetgen (Steffen); her husband John A. Ahrens; her children, Arnold Ahrens (Juanita) of Benson, Elvira Brooks of Benson and Karen Ketchmark (Kevin) of Birch Tree, MO.; and her grandchildren, Angela Cervio (Dominick), John Ahrens (Jocelyn) and Brooke Roach (Bobby).
Due to COVID restrictions, private family memorial services will be held at a later date at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Minonk.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Minonk or to the Apostolic Christian Home, of Roanoke.
