She was predeceased by: her daughter Elizabeth Hoffman; her grandparents, Jane and Jim Swain; her aunt Char Morsch; and her stepbrother Dennis Schleicher.
She is survived by: her parents, Sherry Schleicher (C. J.) and Richard Swain (Mary); her children, Meghan, Tommy, Josh and Karisa Hoffman; her grandchildren, Leyton Hoffman, Brynnlee Hoffman, Malayah Brown and Legend Brown; her sister Kris Pritz (Greg); her stepsister Cathy Toland; her aunt Pam Cooper (Norman); her uncle Roger Morsch; and her boyfriend Paul Tetrault. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and her fur babies.
