He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Oltman and Marie Folkerts Oltman of Minonk. He is survived by: his former wives, Rosemary Burkitt and Mary Gahm; his wife Rebecca Hardine; his children, Jeff Oltman of Minonk and Julie Brooks (Paul) of Benld, IL; his stepdaughters, Rachel Kramer (Scott) of Germantown Hills, Gretchen McDonald (John) of Peoria and Megan West of Washington; his siblings, Harvey Oltman (Catherine) of Lacon and Joan Osterman of Minonk; his grandchildren, Jennifer Mulch (Luke), Stephanie Shipman (Randy), Molly Krug (Quinn), Christopher Oltman, Nathan Oltman, Maria Wolfe (Benjamin), Westin Kramer, Taylor Lowery and Brayden Lowery; and his great grandchildren, Rendan Shipman, Kirsten Shipman, Lydia Mulch, Charlotte Mulch, William Krug and Elizabeth Wolfe.
