He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spencer and Ruth Spencer (Schumacher). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jo Spencer of Minonk; his children, Matthew Spencer (Andrea) of Bloomington, Eric Spencer (Amber) of Minonk and Courtney Tutoky (Steve) of Pontiac; and his siblings, Tim Spencer (Cindy) of Minonk, Janet Korthhauer (Don) of St. Peters, MO and Karen Hinthorne (Keith) of Washington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
