She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moritz and Bernadine Moritz; her husband Norman Young; her siblings, Elizabeth Harms, Harold, Eugene, Francis and Walter Moritz; her son-in-law Bill Carlson; and her grandson Troy Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Carlson (Greg Oltman), Nancy Wilsey (Ron) and Don Young (Carol); her grandson Rollo Carlson (Adriana); her great grandchildren, Emma, Ava and Myla Carlson; and her siblings, Alice Ommen (Stan) and Ed Moritz. She is also survived by her children, grandsons, great grand-daughters, brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (336 W 4th St, Minonk, IL 61760). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
