With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol J. Cirks of Minonk, Illinois, born in El Paso, Illinois, who passed away on November 23, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Jording and Ruth Smilie Jording; her husband Donald R. Cirks of John's Lutheran Church; her sister Marilyn Cotner (Carl); and her sister-in-law Darlene Reese (late Kenny).
She is survived by: her children, Danny Cirks (Julia) of Minonk, Connie Sexton (David) of Milledgeville, GA and Larry Cirks (Mary Anne) of Wayne, PA; her siblings, Dennis Jording (Judy) of Eureka and Kathy Tedford (Melvin) of Louisa, VA; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Turner (Donald) of Dana, Marvin Cirks (Jane) of Zephyrhills, FL and Ray Cirks (Teresa) of Minonk. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
