He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnson and Lorene Folkerts Johnson; and his brother Howard. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Richard (Brian) of Summerville, SC, Dawn Gray (Mike), Scott Johnson (Mindy) and Lori Daily (Shon) of Thornton, CO; and his brother John Johnson (Janet). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
