He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Lulu Sandall Moyer Sr; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Jane Livesay; and his children, Terry Snow (Diane) of Arlington, TX and Diana Stone (Terry) of Beaufort, SC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to; Minier Rescue or to Hospice Compassus.
