He is survived by: his mother Doris Walters Smithee; his children, Rachel Huskins, McKenzee Marie Smithee-Nunez (Mateo) and Nic Smithee; his grandchildren, Jace and Brie; and his siblings, Theresa Horn (Jerry), David Smithee, Becky Delaney and Chris Smithee (Angela). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
