She was predeceased by: her parents, Deneil Thompson and Eddis Hasty Thompson; her husband Kenneth D. Pleines; and her sisters, Mary Catherine Houk and Helen Carrell.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Pleines of Minier, Kevin Pleines of Minier, Ronda Boehm (Patrick) of Mackinaw and Dennis Carrell (Stephanie) of Tower Hill. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (128 Washington St, Hopedale, IL 61747). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
