He is survived by: his spouse Georgia Johnson; his children, Randy Parnham (Tammy) of East Peoria, Theresa Collins (Bobby) of Armington, Brenda Phillips of Germantown Hills and Jody Martin (Ben) of Minier; and his sisters, Nancy Bland of Greenup, Joy Shallenberger of East Peoria, Carol Marvin of Dunlap, Mary Taylor of Missouri, Marge Cleveland of Morton and Annie Jacox (Wayne) of Texas.
