He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Williams and Johnnie Shirley Williams; and his daughter Cindylou. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bartlett May; his sons, Kenny Williams (Anne) of Minier, Kevin Williams (Maggi) of Collinsville and Keith Williams (Amy) of Minier; his grandchildren, Brooks, Monica, Melissa, Austin and Sami; his great grandchildren, Audriana and Vivian; and his brothers, J. M. 'Moe' Williams of Minier and James 'Bill' Williams (Judy) of Minier.
