He is survived by: his spouse Anna Lee Dapron of Mason City; and his children, Theresa Evard of Lebanon, Rex Forbes (Brenda) of Delavan, Catherine Ingram (John) of Armington, Frank Forbes (Kate) of Lincoln and Jesse Forbes of Delavan.
