She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence R. Fulks and Alice Lillian Rohrs Fulks. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Mann of Bloomington, Wendy Kuster (Mike) of Mt. Zion, James Thrasher Jr. (Terri) and Robert "Bob".
