She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Shawback and Bess Cooper; her husbands, Samuel Edison Criswell, Merle Reum and Merlyn Reum; her brothers, Darryl Shawback and Gary Bentzel; her daughter-in-law Paula Criswell; and her granddaughter Katie Criswell.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Criswell (Cherie) of Valrico, FL, Thomas Criswell (Kay Ann) of Forsyth and Connie Robb (Jeff) of Farmer City; her grandchildren, Scott Criswell (Annemarie) of Spokane, WA, Tony Burge (Scott) of Valrico, FL, Michael Criswell of Downers Grove, Eric Robb of Farmer City and Ashley Robb of Farmer City; and her great grandchildren, Sydni Burge, Brody Burge, Faith Robb and Samuel Edison Criswell (Joyce Heald).
