He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brandt and Ida Brandt (Ballard); and his siblings, Curtis Brandt and Helen Sweeney. He is survived by: his sister Susan Chapman (John) of Annawan, IL; his siblings-in-law, Larry Sweeney of Lakeland, FL and Norma Brandt of Sheffield, IL; and his nephews, Sean Sweeney and Darryl Sweeney. He is also survived by 2 great-nephews and 2 great-nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Vandemore Funeral Home - Atkinson (214 S State St, Atkinson, IL 61235).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Mineral-Gold Fire Department.
