He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Childs (Henson). He is survived by: his father Ron Childs; his siblings, Sherri DeSplinter (Dave) and Rick Childs (Cindy); his children, Adam Childs (Michelle), Ashley Thomsen (Brian) and Karah Eisenschenk (Blake); and his grandchildren, Ames Childs, Trey and Quinn Thomsen.
