He is survived by: his wife Ruthanne Garrett; his children, John Wayne DeJaynes of Milton, IL, Kevin Eugene DeJaynes (Sarah) of Milton, IL, Tracy Lynn DeJaynes (Kris) of Fairmont, MN, Tony Scott DeJaynes of Quincy, IL and Kylie Dawn DeJaynes of Jacksonville, IL; his grandchildren, Joshua, Crystal, Kourtney, Austin, Lacy, Bryar, Kevlynn, Michelle, Leaf, Reed, Sabbath, Samantha, Evelyn Rose Marie, Amber and Blaine; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Lilly and Le'Vontae; and his siblings, Russell DeJaynes (Reva) of Pearl, IL, Marvin DeJaynes of Baylis, IL, Billy DeJaynes (Chris) of Baylis, IL and Caroline Rennecker of New Salem, IL..
