He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Bailey and Pearl Bailey; and his grandson Aaron Michael Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bailey; his children, Terri Ann Keim (Steven), Kenneth Bailey (Betty) and James W. Bailey (Patricia); his sister Dalene Tharpe (late Max); his siblings-in-law, Janice Cox (Jerry), Richard Slayden (Nita) and David Slayden; and his mother-in-law Corrine Joffray. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren in addition to many beloved friends.
