He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Adams and Cleo G. Adams (Brown); his son John Jr.; his parents-in-law, Vincent and Margaret Jarosik; his siblings, Edward Adams, Mary Geiger (James) and Margaret Schnittger (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Ed Connor, Bobbie Belz (Jack) and Sonny Jarosik (Elaine).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Adams (Jarosik) of Millstadt, Illinois; his children, Theresa Baker (David Sr.) of Smithton, Karen Clary (Doug) of Smithton and Kenny Adams (Michelle) of Fayetteville, Georgia; his grandchildren, David Baker Jr. (Vicki), Theresa Dossett (Drew), George Adams (Christa) and Jeanna Williamson (Jackson); his great grandchildren, Avery, Ryan Baker, Della Dossett, Lotti Adams and Forrest Williamson; his brother Robert Adams (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Frances Connor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
