James Patrick Causey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Patrick Causey of Millstadt, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Causey and Laura Causey (Gibson); and his brother William Causey. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Causey (Grau); his children, Jennifer Menees (Matthew), Cheri Gravot (Brandon), Jaime Stoops (Brian) and Billy Causey; his brother Mike Causey; his sister-in-law Linda Causey; his grandchildren, Abbie Menees (Billy Zimmerman), Lillie Menees, Molly Gravot, Jack Gravot, Eily Stoops, Elizabeth Stoops and Everett Stoops; and his great grandchildren, Noah and Jaxson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to St. James Catholic School or BJC Hospice and will be collected at the church.
