It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Homer Etling (Millstadt, Illinois), who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Etling; his grandson Joshua Garland; his parents, Walter Etling and Amanda Etling; and his sister Helma Etling.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Garland (Larry) and Gwen Wessel (Glen); and his granddaughters, Sarah D'Atri (Joshua), Adrienne Polite (Nathan) and Amanda Pabody (Michael). He is also survived by great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
He dearly loved his family and pets, enjoyed his farm and equipment, farmed all of his life, worked part time for the Millstadt Township highway department, and a devout Republican As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: St. Paul UCC - Floraville or Modern Woodman.
