He was predeceased by: his parents, Winburn and Florence Leach, Sr. (Seidel); his partner Cherryl Doty; his son Brandon Leach; and his siblings, Stanley Leach and Linda Stroup.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle of Wash; his stepchildren, Melissa Aldridge of Milledgeville and Jon Doty of Chadwick; and his sisters, Wendy Kitsmiller of Morrison and Barbara Hahn of Sterling. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
