She is survived by: her husband John Helms of Milledgeville; her children, Crystal Helms-Woodward of Dixon and James D. Smith (Sherry) of Milledgeville; and her sister Alberta Weber of La Crosse, Wis.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
