He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Bryson and Helen Schilling Bryson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bryson; his children, Rita Wyckoff of Middleburg, FL, David Bryson of Fennville, MI, Scott Bryson of Vernon Hills, IL and Steve Bryson of Greenbrier, TN; his nephews, Roger Baylor, Lenny Bryson and Benny Iler; and his grandsons, Chad Bryson, Connor Bryson, Benjamin Bryson, Nicholas Bryson, Ryan Bryson and Chase Hutchison. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; several nieces.

A memorial has been established for the Milledgeville.
