She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Schreiner and Delia Schreiner (Frank); her husband Frank W. Fogel; her son Frank Richard Fogel; and her siblings, Helen Deem (George), Beverly Jean Slick (Frank), Irvin Schreiner (Helen) and Edwin Schreiner (Sylvia).
She is survived by: her daughter Marty Kiser (Steve); her grandchildren, Rachel Rucker (Jeff), Sarah Scruggs (Kevin), Elizabeth Scott (Cory), Nicole Ebersole (Justin), Samantha Goode (Miles) and Wayne Fogel (Kylie); and her great grandchildren, Kendra Kingsby, Charlee Ebersole, Jay Cee, Tenley Goode, Alice, Violet Scruggs and Asher Scott.
Memorials may be made Milledgeville Brethren Church.
