He is survived by: his children, Tina Maddalozzo of Milan, IL and Steven Maddalozzo of Des Moines, IA; his grandsons, Adam Long (Jennifer), Aaron Long (Malik) and Michael Long (Jacinda Solis); his great grandchildren, Carter, Elaina and Wesson; and his sister Katie Massey.
