Clarke of Milan, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Clarke and Lenabelle Clarke (Likely). He is survived by: his wife Sharon R. Samuelson; his children, Sherri Sanquist (Andy) of Sherrard, Scott Clarke (Michelle) of Orion and Jimmy Clarke (Ginger Kimmel) of Davenport, Iowa; and his siblings, Larry Clarke of Taylor Ridge, Illinois. and Beverly DeBackere of Taylor Ridge, Illinois.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
