He is survived by: his sons, Ian Muske of Davenport and Noah Muske of Milan; his granddaughter Ada Muske; his father David Criswell of Aledo, Illinois; his brother Dave Muske (Carrie) of Seaton, Illinois; and his nephews, Cale, Cameron and Caitryn Muske.
