He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Moffitt and Myrtle Hicks Moffitt; his brothers, Richard Moffitt and Chuck Kilcoin; and his son-in-law Larry Reason.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kim Lloyd (Dave), Kelly Johannes (Jason), Tom Conover (Sophia), Rodney Conover (Jessica), Harold "Cody" Moffitt, Zach Reason (Erika), Cain Reason (Natana), Deana McCarthy (Mike) and Sam Dixon (Danelle); his brother Tom Kilcoin (Sandy) of Preemption; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Moffitt and Kathleen Kilcoin.
