He is survived by: his spouse KayEllen Pannebaker; his children, Elisabeth Kay Everhart (Tim), Rebecca Annebelle Kirchner (Bobby) and Timothy Earnest Pannebaker; his grandchildren, Dustin, Kayla, Charity, Janelle of Andrew, TJ and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Jaxxon, Micah, Krysta, Karter, Jasmine, Jason, Levi and Lily; and his siblings, Garry, Bonnie, Sandy, Clare, Amymarie and Jay.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home & Crematory (201 4th Ave E, Milan, IL 61264). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
