He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lynn Scott (McCannon); his children, David Michael Scott (Amy), Janet Michelle Kintz (Kevin), Duane Michael Scott (Kelly) and Jesse Arnold; and his sister Jacqueline Scalf (Wayne). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and other extended family.
