He was predeceased by: his parents, Evans Hess and Florence Hess (Miller); his son Jerry Hess; and his grandson Nicholas Hess. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his son David Hess (Dana); his grandsons, David Hohl (Deanna) and Michael Hess (Fabiola); his great grandchild Morgan Hohl; and his siblings, Sue Honaker of Virginia, Chester Hess of Virginia and Thurman Hess of Virginia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moline Church of Christ (4800 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Moline Memorial Park (5001 34th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
