She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Doug (Ashley), Michael, Jamie and Billy Messer; her grandchild Makenzie Messer; her parents, David Santiago and Evelyn Santiago; and her siblings, Treva (Junior), David Jr. (Kariann) and Joseph Santiago (Amber).
