She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred F. Mondt and Elsie Mondt. She is survived by: her husband Michael Rosen; her children, Courtney Hoffmann (Sebastian), Jennifer Sims (William) and Amanda Juarez (Rene); her grandchildren, Henry, Andrew, Maxwell, Matthew, Theodore and Emilia; and her siblings, Jo Ann Mendyk (John), Nancy Langan (Dan), Fred L. Mondt (Mary) and Carol Gurda (Mark).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Christopher School Education Fund.
