He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquelyn Niemann. He is survived by: his children, Richard T. Niemann, Christopher L. Niemann (Rosa) and Lisa D. Niemann; his grandchildren, Melissa, Christopher L. II and Andrew Niemann; and his great grandchildren, Gemma, Liam, Niall and Callen.
