He was predeceased by: his child Christopher Freeman; and his sibling Michael Freeman (Betty). He is survived by: his children, Wendy Freeman and Patrick L. Freeman Jr; his grandchildren, Jeremy Freeman-Bartolomucci and Elliott Freeman; and his siblings, James Freeman (Joyce), John Freeman (Eileen), William Freeman (Dee), Judith Selucky (George) and Thomas Freeman (Maryann).

In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
