Insalaco Jr. (Jessie), Debra Insalaco, Dawn Insalaco, Patricia Michael (Richard) and Frank Insalaco (Laurie); his grandchildren, Patrick, Matthew E., Gina Marie, Danielle, August, Meghan, Natalie, Dana, Taylor, Anna, Anthony, Jason and Morgan; and his siblings, Walter, Florence, Carol and Rosemary.

IL Dept. of Public Health requires the use of masks and social distancing.
