It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Agnes Provancal (Midlothian, Illinois), who passed away on October 18, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Harold J. Provancal; and her child Gary Provancal (Marcie). She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Stoettner (Daniel), Mary Lynn LasCola (Robert), Cheryl Jordan (Phil), Dawn Kane (Jeff) and Jill Crowley (Kevin); and her siblings, Shirl Fassler, Don Blakemore, Carol Bell, Jim Blakemore and Pat Gergitis.
