She was predeceased by: her husband Ambrose "Jerry" Kolasinski; and her siblings, Vivian Carr and George LaVoy. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Kolasinski (Carolyn), Keith Kolasinski (Lora) and Kathryn Manago (Perry); and her granddaughters, Rachel Tutko (Jonathan) and Rebecca Manago.
