He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Saternus and Helen Saternus (Basista). He is survived by: his wife Geri Saternus; his children, Richard (Laura), Brian (Jennifer) and Diane Saternus (Brian); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Gillian, Payton, Addison and Colton; and his siblings, Walter Saternus, Ted Saternus (Donna), Nancy Christie (late Tim) and Tom Saternus (Jane).
