It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Crumback Jr. of Midlothian, Illinois, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Lou and Betty Lou; and his sister Carolyn. He is survived by: his wife Natalie; his sister Ellie James (John); and his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Heather, William Jasmont, Erin Long, Nicola and Benjamin James. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mr. Crumback's name to TInley Park P.A.W.S. or the Misericordia Home in Chicago appreciated.
