He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Rzab and Genevieve Rzab; his spouses, Shirley Szkaradeka May and Margaret Jacobs; his brother Stanley Rzab; and his grandson Adam Duffy.

He is survived by: his children, Marcia Baker (Keith), Ken Rzab (Dennis Williams), Steve Rzab (Teri Hines), Mary Jo Duffy (Joe) and Phil Jacobs (Mary); his grandchildren, Calvin (Kelsey), Ben, Zach Baker (Emily), Jacob (Sol), Nathan, Logan Duffy, Dylan and Joe Jacobs; and his great grandchildren, Kayden and Dakota.
