With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra C. Tenuta (Midlothian, Illinois), born in Blue Island, Illinois, who passed away on December 9, 2018 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her spouse Larry W. Mulderink; her children, Sandra Archer (Terry), Kenny Mulderink (Jackie) and Tom Reutenauer (Kelly); her grandchildren, Kelsey, Austin, Jacob, Kyle, Brianna, Lance Colin and Makenzie; and her siblings, Paul Wiersma (Heather) and Maureen Wisinski (Darren).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Diabetes Assoc. or Cancer Research Foundation.
