He is survived by: his wife Jolene Urbaniak; his daughter Lyla Urbaniak; his parents, David Urbaniak and Christine Rupp (Terry); his siblings, Daniel Urbaniak (Nichole), Caryn Naglak, Douglas Urbaniak, Mandy Anderson (Charlie), Sarah Baugher (David), Laura Rupp and Kayla Vandermeyden (Ben); his parents-in-law, Jeanette St (Ronald) and James Killian (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Sarah St. Clair, Yelena St. Clair, Leanne Becker and Vincent Becker.
