She is survived by: her children, Timothy Zajac (Julie), ConnieLynn Edwards (Jeffery), Dineen Zajac (Gabriel Montoya) and Jan Zajac; and her siblings, Dolores Waliczek (late Leroy) and Richard Page (Sue).
